Description

E. coli derived recombinant. The protein Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) Nucleocapsid Genotype 4 contains the HCV core immunodominant region.

Specificity

Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals, including sera with antibodies to NS3 secondary domains.

Applications

Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.
