| Primer Walking
Primer walk sequencing is the method of choice for sequencing DNA fragments of between 1.3 and 7 kb, and it is applicable to PCR amplifications, plasmid inserts, or even entire plasmids. GenScript's primer walk sequencing service is divided into single-strand primer walks and double-strand primer walks according to the customers' requirements. Large-Scale Sequencing
GenScript has many years of experience in large-scale sequencing. Our large-scale sequencing service is de novo, which does not require any pre-existing information about the sequence. Our large-scale DNA sequencing service package includes the following:
- High-throughput single- and double-stranded sequencing
- High-throughput DNA extraction/purification (96- or 384-well format)
- Data delivery via our secure web server
- Library sequencing (BAC, PAC, Cosmid, EST)
