The largest new addition to our service repertoire is our Reagent Reserve Service, which preserves the research power of our customer's grant money and allows laboratories to receive fresh, active reagents relevant to the current focus of their work in a timely manner. A 1% bonus is automatically added at the time of purchase.

Earn VIP coupons and start saving today
  • VIP Points: Every purchase made with GenScript causes the customer's account to accumulate VIP points. The number of VIP points earned is based on the quantity of products or services ordered from GenScript (excluding tax and shipping fees) and the VIP rate of the purchase. Full-price purchases generate VIP points at a rate of 2%. VIP points are deposited in the customer's account immediately after receipt of payment in full.
  • VIP Coupons: VIP points are automatically converted to VIP coupons, which the customer can redeem for more GenScript products and services. Coupons are available in $25, $50, and $200 values. The active coupon code is emailed to the customer and displayed on the customer's GenScript MyAccount page. Coupon codes may be entered during checkout.

VIP promotion policy

  • Only end users and PIs are eligible for our VIP service; Purchase agents and distributors are not.
  • VIP coupons may not be combined with other promotions.
  • VIP coupons are not applicable for quotation purposes.
  • Each VIP coupon is for one-time use only.
  • Each VIP coupon expires 90 days after its date of generation.
  • The VIP coupon is transferable to other researchers in the same lab.
  • If a VIP coupon is used towards an order, but this order is cancelled later on, the associated coupon will still be valid for future use.
  • GenScript's VIP service has been in effect since Oct-24-2006.
