Human CMyBP-C Antibody (2G2F3)[Biotin], MAb, Mouse

Anti-Human cMyBP-C Antibodies (2G2F3) (GenScript, A01851-40) binds with Human cMyBP-C.
Coating antigen: Human cMyBP-C, 1 µg/ml.
Anti-Human cMyBP-C Antibodies (GenScript, A01851-40) dilution start from 1,000 ng/ml.
EC50= 10.86 ng/ml.

Human CMyBP-C Antibody (2G2F3)[Biotin], MAb, Mouse

Antibody pairs analysis of cMyBP-C monoclonal antibodies by Sandwich ELISA:
General conditions:
1. Microplate was incubated with a capture antibody (GenScript, A01850-40) against cMyBP-C and blocked with PBS containing1% BSA, followed by 3 washing cycles.
2. Incubation with cMyBP-C protein followed by 3 washing cycles.
3. Incubation with Biotin labeled detection antibody (GenScript, A01851-40) against cMyBP-C, followed by 3 washing cycles.
4. Incubation with Streptavidin-HRP, followed by 3 washing cycles.
5. Colorimetric determination of bound peroxidase activity.

Description cMyBP-C is not essential for sarcomere formation during embryogenesis, but is crucial for sarcomere organization and maintenance of normal cardiac function. Absence of cMyBP-C results in severe cardiac hypertrophy, increased heart-weight-to-body-weight-ratios, enlargement of ventricles, increased myofilament Ca²⁺ sensitivity and depressed diastolic and systolic function.
GenScript Anti-Human cMyBP-C Antibody (2G2F3)[Biotin], mAb, Mouse is produced from the hybridoma resulting from fusion of SP2/0-Ag14 myeloma and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with recombinant human cMyBP-C expressed in mammalian cells.
Host Species Mouse
Antigen Species Human
Conjugation Biotin
Immunogen Recombinant human cMyBP-C
Purification Protein A affinity column

Subclass IgG1,κ
Clone ID 2G2F3
Concentration 0.5 mg/ml, lyophilized with PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide. (It could be customized for bulk order)
Reconstitution Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
Specificity The antibody specifically recognizes human cMyBP-C. The antibody is recommended as a detection antibody in vitro diagnostic assay development with capture antibody (GenScript, A01850-40, Anti-Human cMyBP-C Antibody (9B11C5), mAb, Mouse)
Storage The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8°C or for up to 12 months at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.

Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.
Western Blotting: 1:2,000
ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/ml
Other applications: user-optimized
