Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8), mAb, Mouse

Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8), MAb, Mouse

ELISA binding of Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8) (GenScript, A01891-40) with Human BTG3 recombinant protein.
Coating antigen: BTG3, 1 µg/ml.
BTG3 antibody dilution start from 1000 ng/ml, EC50= 30.87 ng/ml.

Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8), MAb, Mouse

Standard curve of BTG3 Sandwich ELISA. The BTG3 Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Human BTG3 Antibody (12B4) (GenScript, A01892-40) and Biotin conjugated Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8) (GenScript, A01891-40) as capture and detect antibody, respectively.
From the experimental results, Human BTG3 Antibody (12B4) and Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8) identify different epitopes. The sensitivity is 1-3 ng/ml and the detection range is 0-100 ng/ml.

Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8), MAb, Mouse

Independent validation of Human BTG3 Antibody (10A8) (GenScript, A01891-40) and Human BTG3 Antibody (12B4) (GenScript, A01892-40) with Human BTG3 recombinant protein.

Description Protein BTG3 (BTG Anti-Proliferation Factor 3) is a member of the BTG/Tob family. This family has structurally related proteins that appear to have antiproliferative properties. Protein BTG3 might play a role in neurogenesis in the central nervous system. Among its related pathways are deadenylation-dependent mRNA decay. Overexpression of BTG3 impairs serum-induced cell cycle progression from the G0/G1 to S phase.
Host Species Mouse
Conjugation Unconjugated
Immunogen Recombinant Human BTG3
Purification Protein A affinity column

Subclass IgG1,K
Clone ID 10A8
Concentration 0.5 mg/ml, lyophilized with PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide. (It may be customized for bulk orders.)
Reconstitution Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
Specificity The product is specific for human BTG3. This antibody binds with recombinant BTG3 protein in ELISA and Western blot.
Storage The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20 °C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Note GenScript can customize this product per customer's request including product size, buffer components, etc.

Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigators. The appropriate concentration may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.

ELISA detection: 0.05-0.5 µg/ml
Western blot: 1 µg/ml
Other applications: user-optimized
