|Description||4-1BB, also known as CD137, is a type I membrane glycoprotein, which belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. It is mainly expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, activated B cells, and natural killer cells. 4-1BB is involved in the activation and survival of CD4+ or CD8+ T cells, and NK cells. It can induce monocyte activation through its interaction with 4-1BB ligand. Human 4-1BB Antibody (8C10), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with 4-1BB.|

|Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigators. The appropriate concentration may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.
