|Description||T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), also known as VSTM3, is a type I transmembrane protein, which belongs to the PVR family of immunoglobulin-like domain containing proteins. It is composed of an immunoglobulin variable domain, a transmembrane domain and an immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif (ITIM). TIGIT is expressed on activated T cells, follicular T helper, memory T cells, and regulatory T cells and NK cells. TIGIT binds to CD155 (PVR) with high affinity and it regulates T-cell mediated immunity via the CD226/TIGIT-PVR pathway. TIGIT also serves as a negative regulator of NK and T cell activation. Human TIGIT Antibody (20A9), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with TIGIT.|

|Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigators. The appropriate concentration may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.
ELISA detection: 0.01-0.05 µg/ml
FACS detection: 1- 5 µg/ml
