|Description||GenScript Purified Rat IgG (Whole Molecule) control is highly purified from normal rat serum through Protein G chromatography. GenScript Purified Rat IgG (Whole Molecule) control is suitable to be used as control, standard, blocking agent, or coating protein in a variety of assays, including ELISA, immunobloting (Dot blot and Western blot), immunoprecipitation, immunodiffusion, and immunoelectrophoresis. It may also be used as antigen or ligand in immunochemical conjugation reaction.|

|Concentration||1.0 mg/ml, lyophilized with PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide.|
|Reconstitution||Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.|
|Storage||The lyophilized product remains stable up to 1 year at -20 °C from date of receipt. Upon reconstitution, it can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8 °C or for up to 12 months at -20 °C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.|
