Goat Anti-Mouse IgM (H&L) [HRP],pAb

Description Anti-Mouse IgM antibody generated in rabbit detects specifically Mouse IgM with some light chain cross reactivity against Mouse IgG. This secondary antibody anti-Mouse is ideal for investigators who routinely perform ELISA, Sandwich ELISA, titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.
Host Species Goat
Antigen Species Mouse
Conjugation Peroxidase (Horseradish)
Immunogen Anti-Mouse IgM secondary antibody was produced by repeated immunization with Mouse IgM whole molecule in rabbit.

Subclass IgG
Concentration Lyophilized , 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
Reconstitution Restore with deionized water (or equivalent)
Specificity Anti-Mouse IgM secondary antibody is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum.  This reagent primarily recognizes Mouse IgM however some light chain cross reactivity will occur against other mouse immunoglobulins.
Storage Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
