Human CD8 (M8A16) [Biotin], mAb, Mouse

Description CD8 (cluster of differentiation 8) is a cell surface glycoprotein, found on most cytotoxic T lymphocytes. CD8 antigen is existed as a homodimer composed of two alpha chains or as a heterodimer composed of one alpha and one beta chain. CD8+ cytotoxic T cells are crucial for the killing of virus-infected cells and tumor cells.
Antigen Species Human
Host Species Mouse
Conjugation Biotin
Recommended Usage 5 μL per test for each conjugated antibody. Each lot of the conjugated antibodies undergoes quality control test by flow cytometric analysis. The suggested use of this reagent is 5 μL per million cells or 5 μL per 100 μL of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Production The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then conjugated with Biotin under optimal conditions.
