|Description||CD16 is a single-pass type I membrane protein. It is expressed on the surface of natural killer cells, leukocytes, monocytes and macrophages. CD16 associates with aggregated IgG or IgG-antigen complex. It is involved in NK cell activation, phagocytosis, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC).|
