CD45 (FL71), mAb, Mouse

Description CD45, known as leukocyte common antigen (LCA) and T200, is a single chain type I membrane glycoprotein. It is a tyrosine phosphatase and expressed on the surface of all leukocytes, including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, eosinophils, and thymocytes. CD45 plays an important role in regulating the activation of T and B cells.
