Maintain a library of reported issues and solutions.
Collect feedbacks from users to continuously improve the quality of IT Service.
This position is responsible for investigating and collecting user feedback in order to continuously
improve the quality of service.
Associate’s degree or above.
Excellent communication skills. Able to write, read and speak in Mandarin and English is a Must.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Knowledge about computer hardware and software is a Plus.
