Title: In vivo regulation of steroid hormones by the Chst10 sulfotransferase in mouse.
These findings reveal alterations in ST-/- mice that differ from EEG abnormalities of mice deficient in the HNK-1 carrier molecule tenascin-R.
Title: Increased hippocampal and cortical beta oscillations in mice deficient for the HNK-1 sulfotransferase.
This study conclude that in ST-/- mice which show morphological, electrophysiological and behavioural abnormalities, the ECS is reduced and its geometry altered.
