| Product Description | Recombinant HEK293 cells stably overexpress human programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) on the surface. The surface expression of PD-L1 is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is recommended for cell-based binding assay to screen antibodies against PD-L1 or to measure binding affinity between PD-L1 and anti-PD-L1 antibodies. |
