1 Applicable to genes without complex sequences

2 Purification protocol provided by GenScript guarantees 10 mg of tagged protein. If customers require small tags ( <20 aa) for purification, 3 mg of protein is guaranteed. Extra fee is charged for additional amount of proteins.

3 FREE Western QC data is available for tagged proteins that can be detected by the anti-His or anti-GST antibody. For other tagged proteins, additional charges may apply.

4 Optional MALDI-TOF data is available with additional charge.

GenScript's proprietary OptimumGeneTM codon optimization and gene design technologies can significantly improve the expression level of target proteins. Our advanced optimization takes the entire mRNA structure into consideration as opposed to traditional optimization methodologies which only consider the codon usage frequency and the structure of mRNA partially. The patent-pending OptimumGeneTM Codon Optimization Technology can typically increase the protein expression level by 10-fold in E.coli, provided that the protein expression and purification methods are appropriate.
