Our advanced optimization takes the entire mRNA structure into consideration as opposed to traditional optimization methodologies which only consider the codon usage frequency and the structure of mRNA partially. The patent-pending OptimumGeneTM Codon Optimization Technology can typically increase the protein expression level by 10-fold in E.coli, provided that the protein expression and purification methods are appropriate.
