GenScript's Easy Self-Induction Medium facilitates high-yield expression of recombinant proteins in T7-regulated E. coli expression systems without IPTG induction. Using this medium, the researcher has no need to monitor cell optical density (OD) or to optimize IPTG induction conditions. Furthermore, the protein yield is typically three times as high or higher than that obtained by traditional LB-IPTG methods.
