TUNEL (TdT-Mediated dUTP Nick-End Labeling) Detection Kits

Apoptosis, also named programmed cell death (PCD), occur in multicellular organisms. Apoptosis involves a series of biochemical changes leading to a characteristic cell death and morphology, which includes chromatin condensation, nuclear fragmentation, and chromosomal DNA fragmentation, and so on. TUNEL detection kits are a serial of terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferees (TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) kits that are used for assaying fragmental chromosomal DNA.
