Agarose gel electrophoresis is a common way of analyzing DNA. Pouring an agarose gel, adding the dye or taking the gel out of the tray to photograph - it all takes time. GenScript's All-In-One Precast Agarose Gel Electrophoresis Kits can save your time by combining precast agarose gels, loading buffer with dye, and prestained DNA markers in one package. The kits are also availabe for high throughput screening.
Our kits use GelRed dye from Biotium for DNA visualization. GelRed is more sensitive, less mutagenic, and more environmentally-friendly than ethidium bromide, it frees you from the tedious ethidium bromide gel disposal.
