Description |
Human influenza hemagglutinin (HA) is a surface glycoprotein necessary for the infectivity of the human virus. The HA tag is derived from the HA molecule corresponding to amino acids 98-106 and has been extensively used as a general epitope tag in expression vectors. GenScript Mouse Anti-HA-Tag Monoclonal Antibody provides a simple solution for the detection of the expression of HA-tagged proteins in cells. |

The reconstituted antibody can be stored for up to three months at 2- 8°C or for up to two years at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles. |

Applications |
The investigator must determine the ideal working concentration for each specific application. The ideal working concentration must take into account such factors as secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, sensitivity of the detection method, temperature, and the length of the incubations. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.
ELISA: 0.05-0.2 µg/ml
Western blot: 0.1-1.0 µg/ml
