THE™ cAMP Antibody/cGMP Antibody (Mouse) | | Adenosine 3, 5-cyclic monophosphate (cyclic AMP; cAMP) is one of the most important intracellular secondary messengers for transduction events. cAMP is also involved in regulating neuronal, glandular, cardiovascular, immune, and other functions and actions. Like cAMP, Guanosine 3, 5-cyclic monophosphate (cyclic GMP; cGMP) is generally known to activate intracellular protein kinases in response to the binding of membrane-impermeable peptide hormones to the cell surface. THETM cAMP Antibody/cGMP Antibody belongs to THETM Elite antibodies, which are the best quality antibodies in the industry. They are the most popular products for assay kits on drug discovery. The powerful detection on cross reactivity is extremely helpful for your applications and research. | Key Features: - Ultra Specificity: No non-specific binding
- Superior Sensitivity: More sensitive than similar products from competitors
- Improved Reactivity: Lower reactivity with similar-structure components
- Ultra Convenience: Ready-to-use cAMP/cGMP antigen conjugated HRP supplied.
- Long-term Stability: Lyophilized form is stable for at least two years.

ELISA plate was coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibody 2. THETM cGMP Antibody/cAMP Antibody(Mouse)(GenScript, A01508/A01509) or at appropriate dulition and cGMP/cAMP standards or testing compounds were added into appropriate reaction wells. 3. After a period of incubation, cGMP-HRP/cAMP-HRP conjugate (GenScript, M01059/M01508) was added and developed at room temperature. 4. ELISA plate was washed with ELISA washing buffer, then TMB substrate was added and developed at room temperature. 5. Stop the reaction with 1.0 N HCl and read the plate at 450 nm. | |
