How to Order Synthetic Genes

Orders can be placed by phone, , fax, or online with a formal PO or credit card. Our customer service representatives are available 24 hours Monday through Friday. You may contact us anytime for assistance. We recommend that you submit your DNA sequence via our secure web, but we also accept sequences through email and fax. The synthesized gene will be cloned into your desired vector and confirmed before delivery. The typical delivery includes around 4 ug of lyophilized plasmid DNA which containing your gene in your desired vector and sequence data documenting the DNA sequence of each clone.

Price Structure

GenScript gene synthesis is competitively priced starting from $0.66 per base pair. The client retains all rights to the sequence data and related intellectual property. Why bother with PCR cloning when precise, efficient gene synthesis is available at a better price? Please see the table below.

* $0.66/bp for your first gene synthesis order (For genes up to 2 kb and excluding complex sequences. Promotion code needed.).
* The minimum charge for each gene is $295.
* Free cloning into our standard vector pUC57.
* Extra $295 for cloning into GenScript expression vector pGS-21a.
* Extra $295 for subcloning into a commercial vector.
* Extra $600 for subcloning into a customer supplied non-commercial vector.
* If for any reason we cannot subclone the gene into a non-standard vector, the gene will be delivered in pUC57 and all subcloning fees
will be waived.
