Description:
 GenScript Mouse Anti-GST mAb MagBeads, with high specificity and affinity to glutathione-S-transferase (GST), is ideal for quick and efficient purification of recombinant GST fusion proteins and pull-down of GST fusion protein-target protein complex.

GenScript Mouse Anti-GST mAb MagBeads are superparamagnetic beads of average 40 μm in diameter, covalently coated with THE™ GST Antibody, mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A00865). The beads are supplied as 25% slurry in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.4, containing 20% ethanol. The Mouse Anti-GST mAb MagBeads have a binding capacity of more than 300 μg GST protein (26kDa)/ml settled beads (e.g. 4 ml 25% slurry).
