Ion-exchange based Ion-exchange based QuickClean EndoFree Plasmid Maxiprep Kit provides a single-step & rapid endotoxin-free DNA purification from E. coli host strains within 75 minutes. The purified DNA is compatible for the downstream applications in transfection, in vitro transcription, translation, and enzymatic modifications. The endotoxin concentration in purified plasmid DNA is guaranteed less than 0.02 EU/μg.
