Product Description

GenScript ToxinSensor™ Single Tests Kit Easy (with Standard) is designed to be a qualitative In Vitro end-point endotoxin test for human and animal parenteral drugs, biological products, and medical devices.
This kit is designed as a qualitative analysis method, enabling simple and sensitive detection of the presence of LPS in samples. The lyophilized amoebocyte lysate provided in the kit only needs to be reconstituted with 200 μL of the test solution. After incubation for an appropriate period, a gel will form in the presence of endotoxins; however, no gel will form in the absence of endotoxins.
GenScript supply a series of ToxinSensor™ Single Tests Kits Easy (with Standard) with different sensitivity (0.03 EU/mL, 0.06 EU/mL, 0.125 EU/mL and 0.25 EU/mL). 20 vials and 40 vials specifications are also supplied. Quality control testing can be performed according to the Bacterial Endotoxins Test procedures outlined in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Current version).
When using the Kit, you just need to add 200µL of sample or control to LAL, then, wait for the required incubation time to allow for gel to form. There is no need to reconstitute the system with LAL Reagent Water before use.
Note: Our kit is used for testing samples that are certified free of Beta-Glucans contaminant, which will produce a G-factor bypass reaction that interferes with endotoxin detection.
This product is not suitable for endotoxemia or clinical diagnosis or patient management in humans or animals.

Each kit contains a designated number of vials of 20 or 40 containing lysate prepared from the circulating amebocytes of the horseshoe crab (Tachypleus tridentatus) standardized to detect the labeled concentration (EU/mL) of the Standard Endotoxin.
