Description |
The One-Solution Microwell TMB reacts with horseradish-peroxidase-labeled conjugates in microwell plates and other reaction systems, developing a deep blue soluble product. It is suitable for both qualitative and quantitative enzyme immunoassays. It is not recommended for membrane or immunohistochemical staining. |

Note |
- Substrate Intensity: High background or precipitation in the microwells may indicate over-reaction with TMB substrate. To avoid substrate precipitation, read the results as soon as possible after the addition of Stop Solution. Alternatively, further dilution of the primary antibody or of the HRP conjugate may achieve the same result. This may also reduce non-specific background reactions. Dilution of the substrate is not recommended.

Storage |
Store at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. The product will remain stable for a minimum of 18 months from date of manufacture if stored under proper conditions. |
Appearance |
The solution is colorless to light blue. |
