Description |
This coating stabilizer is designed for stabilizing coating biomolecules, such as antigens and antibodies for immunoassay development. It can stabilize coating molecules during the coating and drying process and in preparation for long-term storage. It can also work as a blocking agent with regards to any binding sites after coating. |

Store at 2°C-8°C. Do not freeze. The stabilizer remains stable for at least 12 months from the date receipt if stored properly. |
Appearance |
The expected appearance of the solution is light yellow. |
Application |
Solution is ready to use. Pour out the desired amount into a clean container and apply enough to cover the coating matrix. For microtiter wells, transfer 200 μl/well of coating stabilizer into each well, and incubate at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Then empty and dry the plates overnight in vacuum chamber or other proper system. The dried plates can be stored in sealed foil pouch with desiccants and may remain stable for more than 18 months. |
