| Product Description | Recombinant HT-1080 cells stably overexpress human 4-1BB on the surface. HT-1080 cell line is derived from human fibrosarcoma biopsy. It is highly active in NF-kB signaling pathway which is necessary for immune responses. The immune response of HT1080 cells overexpressing 4-1BB can be demonstrated by the increased production of IL-8. |

No. 62HIL08PET; Revvity) and IL-8 in the supernatant of HT-1080/4-1BB cells competitively bind with Europium Cryptate-labeled anti-IL-8 antibody. The FRET signal decreases as the IL-8 concentration in the supernatant rises and was measured by plate reader (Pherastar, BMG). The EC50 of 4-1BBL on HT-1080/4-1BB cells was 0.30 μg/ml. »
