Gene Synthesis and Subcloning Bundle Service |

a: Bundle discount is provided to orders with template gene synthesized at GenScript at the same time. The price is only for genes less than 3 kb in length.
b: The price is only for genes shorter than 1 kb. For longer genes that require full sequencing, we add an additional $100 per kb for screening and sequencing.
a,b: The list price is valid for genes subcloned into GenScript expression vector pGS-21a or commercial vectors. Sample Submission Requirements
Plasmid DNA, and bacterial culture are all accepted. Please contact our customer service for other starting materials.
Please provide the following:
- The complete sequence of the template including the target gene and its vector
- Maps and antibiotic resistance of the template and destination vectors
- Recommended to send 2 μg of template DNA as the starting material. If the starting material is bacterial culture, please send the culture at sufficient amount.
Delivery Specifications
Our typical turnaround is about 5 business days for < 3 kb genes if the template gene synthesized at GenScript at the same time. For customer provided templates, our typical turnaround is about 14 business days depending on the complexity of the subcloning project. Our delivery package includes the following:
- 4 μg lyophilized destination vector containing the gene
- Sequence chromatograms covering your gene (electronic)
- Construct map for the plasmid (electronic)
- Quality assurance certificate
