Applications of Gene Synthesis: Synthesize Predicted Genes and cDNAs

Applications
Differential expression
DNA resequencing and genotyping on a genomic scale
Drug discovery and development

Problems
The primary reason to generate predicted gene structure databases is to provide positional cloners, gene hunters and other products along with the gene candidates observed in finished and unfinished genomic sequences. Using new gene-finding programs, which have an adequate success rate when it comes to predicting major exons, the scientific community can now perform unfettered experimental work on most human genes. The accuracy of gene prediction technology is significantly lower for long genomic sequences than for single genes, decreasing in the order of 10-20% with a high rate of false positive predictions.

Our Solution
GenScript specializes in custom gene synthesis and predicted gene synthesis. GenScript's gene and cDNA prediction technology is based on advances in the understanding of gene variant function and synthesis, the biology of gene synthesis and new DNA manipulation and mutagenesis techniques. We can help with the design and synthesis of genes of almost any sequence. Unlike PCR amplification, GenScript's gene synthesis process can produce predicted genes and cDNAs, difficult sequences (including highly repetitive and GC rich sequences), predicted sequences, and long genes, even those longer than 40,000 base pairs.

Our Advantages
Until recently, individualized gene synthesis was prohibitively difficult, but GenScript's robust nucleic acid manufacturing platform produces double stranded DNA molecules quickly, cost-effectively, and accurately. Let GenScript's vast experience in predicted gene and cDNA synthesis accelerate your research by providing you with high-level genes for your specific needs, allowing maximum protein expression.
