Product Description The CytoSinct PBS/EDTA Buffer (GMP) is intended as wash and transport fluid to enable the in vitro cell preparation and separation of magnetically labeled cells with the CytoSinct 1000 cell isolation instrument or other compatible instruments.
Composition 100 mL (pH 7.2) contain:
Sodium chloride (NaCl) 800 mg
Potassium chloride (KCl) 19 mg
Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4) 115 mg
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) 19 mg
Disodium edetate (Na2EDTA×2H2O) 37 mg
Water for injection (H2O) ad 100 mL
Endotoxin Content < 0.5 EU/mL as determined by Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) limit assay (USP <85>)
Sterility Terminally sterilized by moist heat. Sterility is tested and confirmed according to USP <71>
Storage Store at 10 - 30°C
