| Target Background | NKG2C&CD94 is a C-type lectin heterodimer on NK cells and CD8+ cytotoxic T-cells, it can recognize peptides derived from the intracellular proteins in the context of HLA-E. NKG2C&CD94 itself has no signal transduction function but is an activating receptor on the surface of NK cells that involved in driving the NK-cell expansion. |
