| Endotoxin Level | Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. | |
| Expression System | E.coli | |
| Theoretical Molecular Weight | 15.76 kDa | |
| Apparent Molecular Weight | The protein migrates to 18-23 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result. | |
| Formulation | Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). | |
| Reconstitution | Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. | |
| Storage & Stability | Upon receiving, the product remains stable for 6 months at -20℃ or below. Upon reconstitution, the product should be stable for 3 months at -80℃. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
The purity of CARHSP1, Human is greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC. »
CARHSP1, Human on Bis-Tris PAGE under reduced condition. The purity is greater than 95%. »
| Target Background | Ca2+-regulated heat-stable protein of 24 kDa (CRHSP-24) is a serine phosphoprotein originally identified as a physiological substrate for the Ca2+-calmodulin regulated protein phosphatase calcineurin (PP2B). CRHSP-24 is a paralog of the brain-specific mRNA-binding protein PIPPin and was recently shown to interact with the STYX/dead phosphatase protein in developing spermatids. |
