One-Step Western Detection Substrate
During western blot detection, two kinds of substrates are applied in order to render the results visible: chemiluminescent substrate and chromogenic substrate. The most common chemiluminescent of these are HRP substrate and TMB substrate. GenScript’s LumiSensorTM Chemiluminescent HRP Substrate Kit renders horseradish peroxidase (HRP) detectable on immunoblots, such as Western and Dot blots. GenScript's ChromoSensorTM One Solution TMB Substrate is a specially formulated, ready-to-use, single-solution substrate designed for ultra-sensitive detection of horseradish peroxidase in Western and Dot blot assays. |
