| Product Description | Recombinant CHO-K1 cells stably overexpress Homo sapiens integrin subunit alpha E (ITGAE) on the surface. The surface expression of ITGAE is validated by FACS analysis. This cell line is recommended for cell-based binding assay to screen antibodies against human ITGAE or to measure binding affinity between ITGAE and anti-ITGAE antibodies. |
