Polyclonal Antibody Services

Unlike monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies correspond to multiple epitopes and tend to contain several immunoglobulin subtypes. They can be used in Westerns as primary and secondary antibodies, in ELISAs and IHC. We guarantee that your polyclonal antibody produced by us in any host will have an ELISA titer of 1:32,000 or better if peptide antigens were designed, synthesized, and conjugated by GenScript. For any protein antigen (3 mg, >85% purity, 90% preferred) we guarantee a polyclonal antibody with positive Western blot results and an ELISA titer of 1:32,000 or better for any host. Or we will restart the project free of charge until the guarantee is met. Our animal facility is AAALAC International accredited.

All antisera or purified antibodies are provided as lyophilized form except special requirements. Lyophilization extends the shelf life of your antibodies, eliminates leaking problems and loosens up the stringent temperature requirement during shipping, and reduces the overall weight of antibodies to be shipped.
