The best part of working at GenScript is the opportunity to learn and grow. It is not usually a high-stress environment, but when it is, everyone is very helpful. We are a team and everyone works to build each other up for the benefit of the team and, in turn, the individual. I sat conveniently next to two scientific advisors so I have been rather spoiled, and I certainly did everything I could to learn something new every day there. Being fresh out of college and still having a lot to learn it has been great to surround myself with people who know so much and want to pass it on to you.
