Abatacept standard samples at 8 concentrations were spiked with 10 µg/mL of human IgG. The test result demonstrated that the high concentration of human IgG did not interfere with the detection of Abatacept.
In the ELISA assay shown in this chart, Anti-Abatacept Antibody (CT.F3), mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A02262) was coated at a concentration of 1 μg/ml, and Anti-Abatacept Antibody (CT.E8), mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A02263) conjugated with Biotin was used as a detection antibody at a concentration of 0.8 μg/ml. Background

It is a fusion protein that combines the extracellular domain of CTLA-4 with the Fc region of the immunoglobulin IgG1. Abatacept is a medication that is utilized as a second-line treatment for adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA). For individuals whose RA is severe and rapidly progressing, it can be used as a first-line treatment. Furthermore, Abatacept is also prescribed for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis and juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
