|Description||Goat Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) antibody Peroxidase (Horseradish) conjugated, pAb. Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) fragment antibody generated in goat detects specifically Mouse IgG F(c) fragment. This secondary antibody anti-Mouse is ideal for investigators who routinely perform ELISA, Sandwich ELISA, titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.|
|Immunogen||Anti-Mouse IgG F(c) fragment was produced by repeated immunization with Mouse IgG F(c) fragment in goat.|
|Concentration||Lyophilized , 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2|
|Reconstitution||Restore with deionized water (or equivalent)|
|Specificity||This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse IgG F(ab')2 fragment.|
|Storage||Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.|
