GenScript's mAb combination 15C2-16D3 (Capture-Detection) shows good correlation with Beckman Coulter Myo assays in TRFIA. Myo concentration was measured in 48 human serum samples using TRFIA. We compared our 15C2-16D3 assay to Beckman Coulter Myo assays, the results of the measurements showed good correlation.(R2=0.96).
