|Synonyms||LpPLA2 Antibody (9C42), mAb, Mouse|
|Description||Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (LpPLA2) is an enzyme which participates in proinflammatory process. High concentration of LpPLA2 in serum indicates risk of heart attack and stroke. LpPLA2 is considered as specific coronary marker for diagnosing cardiovascular heart disease.|
|Purification||Protein A/G affinity column|
|Production||Cultured in vitro under conditions free from animal-derived components|

|Note||GenScript can customize this product per customer's request including product size, buffer components,etc.|
GenScript's mAb combination 9C42–10D46 (Capture-Detection) shows good correlation with commercially available Lp-PLA2 assays. Lp-PLA2 concentration was measured in 60 human blood samples using sandwich ELISA. We compared our 9C42–10D46 assay to commercially available Lp-PLA2 assay, the results of the measurements showed good correlation.
