D-dimer (15C18), MAb, Mouse

GenScript's mAb combination 16D25-18D4 (Capture-Detection) shows good correlation with Siemens D-dimer assays. D-dimer concentration was measured in 38 human plasma samples using sandwich ELISA.We compared our 16D25-18D4 assay to Siemens D-dimer assay, the results of the measurements showed good correlation (R2=0.95).
