GenScript's mAb combination 38C9-39D7 (Capture-Detection) shows good correlation with Beckman Coulter AMH assays. AMH concentration was measured in 50 human serum samples using sandwich ELISA.We compared our 38C9-39D7 assay to Beckman Coulter AMH assay, the results of the measurements showed good correlation (R2=0.97).
