The American Society of Gene and Cell Therapy’s (ASGCT) Annual Meeting is the premier event for professionals in gene and cell therapy to learn from the latest scientific research, stay up to date on new technologies, and make career-advancing connections with peers.
Visit the GenScript’s team during ASGCT’s 26th annual meeting to be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC). To align with ASGCT’s mission, research, education, communication, and exciting breakthroughs, GenScript’s crew will be available to discuss how our services and products can support your research needs in gene and cell therapy.
With this year’s meeting being in-person and virtual, GenScript is thrilled to meet all of you and provide a series of fun activities at Booth #349.

Current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) reagents should be used prior to IND enabling
studies and clinical trials of novel cell and gene engineering therapies. However, rapid
investment in cell therapy research has created a bottleneck in cGMP manufacturing
capacity that threatens to delay many emerging therapeutic pipelines.
GenScript now supports non-viral cell and gene therapy development with cGMP
manufacturing of synthetic CRISPR single guide RNA (sgRNA), Cas9 protein, and HDR
knock-in templates. Our recently opened state-of-the-art manufacturing facility operates
dedicated cGMP production lines to reliably provide both the material and necessary
documentation required for successful IND submission and clinical trials.
GenScript offers phase-specific CRISPR gene editing solutions with the flexibility,
expertise, and capacity to support projects at any stage, accelerating your therapeutic
pipeline from early-phase research to clinical applications.

The field of biomedical research is currently focused on personalized medicine and has
made significant progress in cell and gene therapy. Both therapies aim to treat,
prevent, or potentially cure diseases. While they share a common goal, they work
differently and use different techniques.
The process of cell therapy entails the transplantation of healthy cells into the body,
while gene therapy involves the introduction or modification of genetic material. The
integration of these therapies has given rise to a new era of personalized medicine,
enabling the creation of powerful treatments for specific diseases. One treatment that
exemplifies this approach is CAR-T/NK cell therapy, where cell engineering is utilized
for both Autologous and Allogeneic cell therapies. Additionally, Stem cells can be
modified to address genetic conditions.
To support developers of cell and gene therapy, GenScript offers high-quality services,
reagents, and instruments. This presentation will cover our comprehensive solutions for
cell therapy and an overview of GenScript's cell engineering/gene editing portfolio and
expertise.
Multiple professional scientists from GenScript will be at the booth to provide the chance for in-person communication. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
