GenScript’s Enceed™ T cell Activation Reagent is a biocompatible, non-toxic solution designed for the in vitro activation and expansion of human T cells from PBMCs or enriched T cell populations. Utilizing nanosized particles coated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies, it ensures high-fold expansion with a stable memory phenotype, maintaining high cell viability for enhanced downstream applications.

Figure 1: Isolated CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were activated using Enceed™ T cell Activation reagent from GenScript and compared with a similar activation product from a competitor. After activation, the cell samples were cultured and expanded for 48 hours, and the expression of CD25+ and CD69+ was detected using flow cytometry.
Figure 2: To assess the expansion status after activation, isolated T cells were stained with CFSE before and then 7 days after activation.
Figure 3: The fold expansion of activated T cells was measured over a period of 17 days, and compared to T cells activated using the competitor's product.
Figure 4: The memory phenotypes of activated T cells were monitored and assessed on days 12 and 17 after activation.
