Inorganic Pyrophosphatase (yeast)

This product is going to be discontinued.
Inorganic Pyrophosphatase (PPase) is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of one ion of pyrophosphate to two phosphate ions and works well in any reaction system containing Mg2+, such as the RNA in vitro transcription reaction. This enzyme can be used for the enhancement of DNA replication and improving the RNA yield by in vitro transcription. GenScript is offering Inorganic Pyrophosphatase produced by expression in an E.coli strain carrying a plasmid encoding the Inorganic Pyrophosphatase.
