SOX14 cDNA ORF clone, Homo sapiens(human)
Gene Symbol | SOX14 |
Entrez Gene ID | 8403 |
Full Name | SRY-box 14 |
Synonyms | SOX28 |
General protein information |
|
Gene Type | protein-coding |
Organism | Homo sapiens(human) |
Genome | |
Summary | This intronless gene encodes a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. Mutations in this gene are suggested to be responsible for the limb defects associated with blepharophimosis, ptosis, epicanthus inversus syndrome (BPES) and Mobius syndrome. The following SOX14 gene cDNA ORF clone sequences were retrieved from the NCBI Reference Sequence Database (RefSeq). These sequences represent the protein coding region of the SOX14 cDNA ORF which is encoded by the open reading frame (ORF) sequence. ORF sequences can be delivered in our standard vector, pcDNA3.1+/C-(K)DYK or the vector of your choice as an expression/transfection-ready ORF clone. Not the clone you want?
