3. Rights and Consent for Use of Participant Information and Project Data:
To finalize award distribution, GenScript’s Life Science Research Grant team will present a “Collaboration Agreement” for review to the grant recipients. The agreement aims to ensure that GenScript is publicly recognized in diverse forums for its contribution through the grant program. The awardee would own all rights in performing Services under the LSR Grant Program.

Additionally, participants provide consent for GenScript and its affiliates to publish news releases regarding the GenScript Life Science Research Grant Program, grant recipients, and awarded research project titles on their websites and/or social media pages for promotional marketing purposes indefinitely. Participants further consent to being contacted by GenScript or its representatives for follow-up marketing activities related to the program. GenScript ultimately reserves the right to use any data generated from awarded research projects in marketing activities. However, GenScript will work with award recipients to determine the timing and content of such marketing activities.
GenScript reserves the right to make the final determination of funding for the Life Science Research Grant (LSRG) Program. The selection of individuals to receive LSRG awards, the total number of awards, and the amount of funding provided are solely determined by GenScript. Applicants may request a specific budget based on the proposal submitted during the application process; however, GenScript retains all rights to decide on the funding level and the extent of support provided to each awardee toward services and reagents.
