Apoptotic cells' most significant change is chromosome condensation. DNA cracking changes the shape of nucleus. Fluorescent dye Hoechst 33258 we provide is a Non-toxic, water-soluble double benzene imidazole compounds and can be used to bind to the DNA molecule as a fluorescent probe. In apoptotic cell, the membrane's uptake in Hoechst 33258 increases ,combination enhances for Highly condensed chromosomes and it shows strong blue but in Normal cells it shows only weak fluorescence.
