GenScript Anti-DYKDDDDK G1 Magnetic Beads are conjugated with Anti-DYKDDDDK mAb through carboxyl group. It is used for rapid immunoprecipitation (IP) of Flag-tagged proteins with high specificity. The Flag-tagged proteins can bind to the beads to form protein-beads complex. The complex is separated from the sample with magnetic device. Molecules with nonspecific binding to the Beads can be eliminated by washing steps. Flag-tagged proteins are pulled down from the beads by SDS-PAGE loading buffer and analyzed by Western Blot. Total Volume : 2 ml of volume ( 1 ml of prepared slurry solution added into 1 ml of storage buffer )
